Landlord & Rental Property Authorisation Policy
We work in partnership with landlords and managing agents to provide services for rental properties. Tenants may contact us directly to report maintenance issues; however, we will not attend site or undertake any works until formal approval has been received from the landlord or authorised managing agent. All works are subject to prior authorisation to ensure compliance with agreed terms and requirements.
Our engineers are trained and  are City & Guilds certified.
We also carry a £2,0000,000.00 Public Liability insurance. Certification can be provided if requested.
